Here, I create a sport-specific training program for adolescents by developing foundational athletic skills while promoting safety and enjoyment. Emphasis here foundational strength exercises, slow and fast twitch muscular movements. flexibility, plyometrics and coordination.

This session proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) is a stretching technique utilized to increase range of motion and flexibility. PNF increases the length of the muscle while increasing neuromuscular efficiency. PNF stretching has been found to be greatly superior that your typical static stretching.
